Burnt House Farm is tucked away in the Mendip Hills between Wells and Shepton Mallet, surrounded by fields and footpaths. It is ideal for walkers and those wanting a rural break. The owners' small herd of alpacas adorn the fields. As well as historic Shepton Mallet or the splendour of Wells and its cathedral within a short distance, sightseeing or shopping in Bath should be included in the itinerary.


Burnt House Farm, with its own well and spring water, offers luxury and comfort in contemporary style. Two rooms are available for bed and breakfast, a large double room and and a twin room for friends or family. A smart private bathroom is available to both rooms. Breakfast is served in a very attractive warm dining room.

Outside in the farmyard are two barn conversions, recently completed to a high standard. Each barn sleeps 4-6 both with bathrooms and en-suite shower rooms. They would be suitable for those with mobility needs. Each barn has outside decking for sitting out and entertaining.
