Hillview is located on the main road running through Brean close to all amenities. Number 42 is a first floor self-contained flat which has its own designated off-road parking space and is less than a minute's walk from the beach. The flat has recently been renovated and upgraded to a high standard and consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a comfortable lounge. There is one double bed and one set of bunks and both bedrooms have ample storage. The bathroom consists of a shower, WC and basin. The kitchen has a new cooker as well as a microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The Lounge includes a TV and DVD player plus a range of films for your use. There are heaters for every room. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge except during July and August.
