The annual Frome Festival is Somerset's largest community festival with more than 130 events held at various locations in and around the town. The festival has a diverse programme including celebrity names (last year Paul Merton, Michael Pennington, Timothy West, Ken Dodd and the Stranglers all appeared) with locally run events, involving local artists, theatres, musicians and youth.
