At Castle Bow Restaurant in Taunton, we want you to enjoy a wonderful evening meal. There are no dress codes – just great food, served in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Start your evening in the Bow Bar where you’ll find fantastic regional beers, champagne, cocktails and plenty of wines by the glass, all served in a modern, yet cosy atmosphere.

Head Chef, Liam Finnegan is passionate about using fresh, local ingredients. So much so, that he grows some of his own herbs in our Norman garden. We bake our own breads in The Castle’s kitchen and make our own chutneys and jams. Our local suppliers are handpicked by Liam for their commitment to producing the very best regional ingredients. When possible, we prefer to use organic fruits and vegetables as well as line-caught fish.

Liam’s modern British classics are constantly evolving and his menu is created to fully embrace each season. It is this quality and care that transforms every meal into a true West Country experience.
