Team South West is the Regional Development Agency's official programme for the development of the 2012 Games in the South West.

Devon County Council host almost half of the entire 2008 route, and will also benefit from three of the stage's hotspots.

South Somerset District Council is the official host to the Stage Start of this year's South West stage.

Exmoor National Park straddles Somerset and Devon and is home to some of the most beautiful scenery in the land.
