The Yarn Market Hotel

Our Hotel is situated in the beautiful Village of Dunster, within the Exmoor National Park. In the picture above, the hotel is the large white building on the right, with the ancient Yarn Market in the foreground directly in front of the Hotel. At the end of the street you can see the imposing Dunster Castle.

Ideal for Walking, Cycling, Horse Riding and many other country pursuits with many walks available from our doorstep so you can park up and forget your car if you wish. Our friendly staff, many who have worked here for several years, enjoy seeing so many regular faces and love to add a ‘new’ face to the regular ones.

We love to have children here and have several family rooms of varying sizes according to your needs. We are pet friendly, so why not bring the whole family along.

We have a comfortable lounge for you to relax in, with wide screen TV, Video and DVD for a cosy night in or if the weather should turn inclement. Free hire of a selection of Videos/DVD’s.

For a special treat or Romantic Break, try a four poster bedroom.

We are a Dog friendly Hotel and also cater for the needs of business travellers; we have a small conference venue.

Close to Dunster Castle and the West Somerset Railway, the hotel is ideally located for your Exmoor family holiday.
